The following information was provided by the descendants of Tennie Jenkins, who brought the old
family Bible from Missouri to Shattuck, OK, and whose loving care made it possible for us to share it today.
Tennie (Barnhart) Jenkins was the daughter of James Marion Barnhart and Mary Capps, daughter of
Jacob Capps and Naomi Leah Cook.
