Greene County Cemetery List
I am working on completing this list, I will add to it as I get
additional information. The "Map" links are to topographical
maps, the "Mapquest Map" links are to Mapquest where you can
get directions from any point to the cemetery.
We do take headstone pictures for anyone who can't get to the
cemetery. Check our Service Page for more information.
Alsup: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to CC Hwy, go right/east
on CC to the cemetery on the north/left side of the road. It is just
before you get to H Hwy.
Antioch Brick Church: Go west on Norton Road past the Humane Society,
then turn right on CR 125. Cemetery is on left side of the road.

Appleby: From Springfield, go north on H Hwy (North Glenstone)
approximately 1 1/4 miles to FR 94. Turn right/east on FR 94 and
travel 3/4 mile (about 1/8 mile east of the intersection of FR 94 and
171.) Cemetery is situated on left/north side of FR 94 on private
property. Cemetery seems to be in deed only, any headstones have long
since disappeared.

Banfield: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to FR 86, go
right/east on FR 86 to FR 145, go right/south on FR 145 the cemetery
off the right side of the road.
Bass Chapel:
Batson: Halltown area From I-44, take PP exit, go right on K
Highway. Go .4 miles to MO 266 and turn left, go 1.5 miles to the

Batson Family: From Republic, go north on Hwy 174 to Hwy PP, go
north/right on PP to Hwy TT, go right/east on TT to FR 51. Cemetery
is off the right side of the road, maybe a mile off TT.
Bellview: From Springfield, take H Highway/Glenstone north to FR 82.
Turn Right or east to FR 169 (road curves south and turns into FR 169)
to Left turn onto FR 84. Cemetery is on Left or North side of road.
Berry: Starting from the 4 way stop in Ash Grove, MO (Hwy 160 &
N Calhoun Ave), go west on 160 for about 1/2 mile. Turn South/Left
on S Fraizer Ave. Next turn West/Right on W Woodbine St which turns
into W Farm Road 74, follow it for about 1/2 mile. Cemetery entrance is
on the North/Right side of the road up the field trail a few yards. There
are a couple of signs on the gate to the entrance, one is the Historical
Sight which is traditionally brown. Mapquest Map
Bills/Ellis:
Blades Chapel: From Republic, go north on Hwy 174 to FR 51, go
south/left on FR 51 to the chapel, it's on the left/east side of the
road. The cemetery is behind the chapel, down a small lane between
the fences.
Boatman/Foren:
Bodenhamer: Take Chestnut Expressway east of town to FR 199, then turn
left on FR 199 and go .5 miles. Mapquest Map

intersection of FR 86 and FR 151.
Dishman: Go east on I-44 about 10 miles to exit 88 for MO 125. Turn
left on MO 125, go 1.6 miles and turn left on E MO C for .7 miles.

miles. Where it becomes FR 182. the cemetery is .17 miles off the

First County Farm Cemetery: From I-44 west of Springfield, go west on
Hwy 266 to T Hwy, right/north on T Hwy to FR 124, right/east on FR
124. The cemetery is on the southwest side of the junction of FR 124
and FR 81.

Friendship 2: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to FR 60. Turn
left/west on FR 60 (right side of 60 is WW Hwy) and go to HH Hwy.
Turn right on HH and go to FR 54, turn left on 54 and follow it around
the cemetery, at the intersection of FR 54 and FR 109.
Fulbright Family Burials:
Fulton: Go 65 Highway south to US 60, take 60 east toward Cabool for
2.6 miles. Turn right onto MO NN for 2 miles, turn left onto CR 194/E
County Line Road for 1.4 miles to cemetery. Mapquest Map

Galloway: on the side of Rivermonte Memorial Gardens at the end of
Lone Pine (4500 S.) @ the junction of highways 60 and 65
Garoutte: From Republic, go north on Hwy 174 to PP Hwy, go right/north
on PP to TT Hwy, go left/west on TT to the cemetery, it is on the

Headlee Family: From Springfield, go north on H Hwy (North Glenstone)
about 5 miles to KK Hwy, follow KK Hwy one mile to Hwy 206A, follow
Hwy 206A to Farm Road 173. Turn left/north on FR 173 and go 3/4 mile
to FR 48. Turn right/east on FR 48 and go .6 mile to end of blacktop,
then left/north down private drive. Cemetery is to the left across
open pasture land.
Hill Graveyard: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to FR 54, go
left/west on FR 54 to the cemetery on the right/north side of the road
just past the intersection with FR 127.
Holland: Go south on 65 Highway to US 60, take 60 toward Cabool. Turn
right on MO 125, go .5 miles, the cemetery is .13 miles off the road.

miles then turn right on S FR 241, go .9 miles then turn left on E FR

FR 188 for 1.25 miles, south left on FR 15 for .25 miles. Cemetery
is on the west/right side of the road.
Kershner: Go out East Sunshine/MO D for 2.1 miles to turn right on S
FR 199/Pleasant Valley Road. Go 1.0 miles to the cemetery.

Leeper: From I-44 and West Bypass, go out US 160 15.5 miles to MO V,
turn right and go 5.1 miles to FR 28, turn left and go .1 miles, it

Liberty Baptist Church: From Springfield, go north on 65 Hwy about 5
miles to KK Hwy. Turn left/west on KK to FR 189. Turn left/south on
FR 189 to FR 66, then left/east on FR 66 .3 mile. The church and
cemetery are on the right/south side of FR 66. Topographical Map

Lindsey: Go out West Sunshine to Republic, turn left on E Hines St.,
go right on N Lynn Ave, left on E Miller Rd and you are at the

Logan/Duff: Go out East Sunshine to turn right on MO J, turn left on
E FR 150, it becomes FR 219, turn left on E Seneca St., it's right
there. Mapquest Map
Lone Grave: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to FR 22. Turn
right/east on FR 22, the grave is south of the road, close to where 13
Hwy makes a sharp turn to the right.
Looney Cemetery: From Walnut Grove, take Hwy BB about a mile and a
half to Farm Road 57. Turn left/north and go a mile to Farm Road 2,
turn right/east and go a quarter mile. The cemetery is on the south
side of the road, about 100 feet in a pasture, northeast of the
farmhouse. It is partially fenced.
Looney Grave: From Willard Missouri, take US 160 northwest a mile and
a half to Hwy 123. Turn right, go a half mile to Hwy AC. Turn
right/north and go a tenth of a mile to Farm Road 64, then turn
right/east and go a half mile. The grave is on the left side,
unfenced, in a grove of trees. Large mounds of rock have been stacked
along the west side of the graveyard.
Loyd: From Ash Grove, take Hwy 160 east 2 miles to Farm Road 53, turn
right/south, go a mile to Farm Road 76 and turn left/east. Go .7 mile
and turn left/north into a private lane. Go a quarter of a mile and
the cemetery is about 100 yards southeast of the farm house to your
right, in a fenced area under four cedar trees.
Mackey: Southeast of Strafford, just to the south of the intersection of
FR 104 and FR 245, on FR 104.
Mallicoat Grave:
Manley: Go out West Sunshine to turn left on MO M, turn right on ZZ,
turn left on CR 194, go .7 miles and it is .3 miles off the road.

Melton: From Strafford, MO, take Hwy 125 south approximately one
and a half miles to Farm Road 116. Turn left/east on FR 116 and go
3.2 miles. FR 116 ends, turn left/north on FR 249. Go a half mile to
private driveway (.2 mile north of FR 112 and FR 246 intersection).
Turn right/east into private drive and continue east .5 mile to private
residence. Cemetery is located 1/4 mile southeast of residence and
70 feet north of the section line in the southeast quarter of the
southwest quarter.
Miller Springs:
Mt. Comfort: From Springfield, go north on H Hwy (North Glenstone)
about 5 miles until it intersects with KK Hwy. Continue on KK for .9
miles until KK curves to the right/east. Look immediately for Farm
Road 66, turn right/south on FR 66 .3 miles to the church and cemetery.

Division St east from Hwy 65 to E Buena Vista Lane. Through the gate to the east and
at the bottom of the hill on the south side of the road directly across from Barnard Lake.

Prospect: From I-44 west of Springfield, go right/west on Hwy 266.
Follow that to FR 45, go right/north on FR 45 to FR 128, go right/east
on FR 128 to the cemetery on the right/south side of the road.

151. Follow 151 to FR 96, go right/east on 96 3/4 mile to FR 159.
Turn left/west on FR 159 and go about 3 1/2 miles to FR 68. Go

road in a heavily wooded area.
Ray Grave: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to FR 52, go
left/west on 52. The grave is on the north side of the road, just
past the intersection of FR 52 and FR 117.

Redfearn Family: From I-44 west of Springfield, go west on Hwy 266 to
FR 65, go right/north on FR 65 to the cemetery on the right side of
the road, just before a creek.

still on TT, the cemetery is on the left/north side of the highway,

Robberson Prairie: From Springfield, go north on 13 Hwy to FR 52,
turn left/west on 52 and then an immediate right/north on FR 133,
which you follow to the church and cemetery. There are signs on 13

Squibb: From I-44 west of Springfield, go west on Hwy 266 to FR 65,
